spacious room clean room great breakfast uninterested receptionist low water pressure poor service
My room was big and spacious and it was SO clean. The room service was prompt and the food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was a great experience and there were so many choices.
The receptionist seemed uninterested when I checked out. I stayed there two nights and the shower water pressure was really low. This meant I couldn't shower properly .

The rooftop was lovely. It offered a nice space to relax.
The shower was a real problem. The water temperature fluctuated constantly. Many of the tv channels didn't connect (I only wanted to watch the news!).

friendly staff good care quick service big smile
I found the staff really friendly! ms. au was so great. She took such good care when i walk in and out. she always had a big smile! the cleaning service was quick. they were good with kids too.
breakfast was almost exactly the same every day. that was a bit uninspired.

the hotel is so near the sunday market and not actually in it, awesome. i found great restaurants a very short walk away too! the bus station is close by.
