My room was big and spacious and it was SO clean. The room service was prompt and the food was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was a great experience and there were so many choices.

The receptionist seemed uninterested when I checked out. I stayed there two nights and the shower water pressure was really low. This meant I couldn't shower properly .

The rooftop was lovely. It offered a nice space to relax.

The shower was a real problem. The water temperature fluctuated constantly. Many of the tv channels didn't connect (I only wanted to watch the news!).

I found the staff really friendly! ms. au was so great. She took such good care when i walk in and out. she always had a big smile! the cleaning service was quick. they were good with kids too.

breakfast was almost exactly the same every day. that was a bit uninspired.
